Pearl Valley Golf Estates

HKLM was appointed by new owners, Dubai World, to develop a brand that will position Pearl Valley Golf Estates as one of the world's best golfing experiences and residential communities.

This needed to be developed within the estate’s framework, its existing name, identity and given brand architecture. HKLM also had to adhere to the pre-determined Jumeirah Golf Estates’ corporate identity guidelines and use the Leisurecorp brand promise, "Come home to a legend”.

HKLM provided solutions for an extensive rollout to multi-dimensional collateral including:

  • 2D collateral including stationery, marketing collateral, guest and clubhouse collateral, etc.
  • 3D signage and interiors.
  • Digital collateral including website, electronic stationery, etc.
  • Advertising.
  • Property sales collateral (new developments and resale).
